		2003 Merlot...98 Points/Double Gold Medal -California State Fair This merlot is ripe with aromas of fig and plum. These notes are repeated on the palate along with a plump, plush mouthfeel. The finish is clean with layered notes of hazelnut, vanilla and faint hints of crisp green pepper. Pair with blackened skirt steak, grilled lamb chop or Sea Bass crusted with hazelnuts.
		2003 Cabernet Sauvignon...89 Points/Silver Medal -California State Fair A classic cabernet, aromas of olives and peppers with background layers of licorice and pipe tobacco. These notes are followed by plump flavors of ripe black cherry and raspberry jam. The finish is long with savory hints of crannerry and molasses. A perfect match for grilled chicken smothered in barbecue sauce, gourmet herb sausage or veal stew. ONLY AVAILABLE AT OUR ABERCORN LOCATION
2003 Syrah...89 Points/Silver Medal -California State Fair A flavorful Syrah with aromas of allspice, sage and cinnamon layered with hints of finely ground white pepper. In the mouth, this wine shows boysenberry and nutmeg, followed by exotic flavor reminiscent of herbal tea. Serve with any game dish, seared duck a l'orange, stowed rabbit or pancetta-wrapped venison tenderloin.

		1/2 part DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker 1/2 part Vodka (apple-flavored if desired) Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass.


		8 oz. Jell-O 1 cup boiling hot water 1 cup cold water 4 oz. vodka or rum (Other liquors may be substituted.) ALWAYS A CROWD-PLEASER! Add 1 cup of boiling water to powdered gelatin mix in a large bowl. Stir to dissolve. Add one cup of cold water and then add liquor. Pour mixture into 1oz. shot glasses and refrigerate.
