AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Due to National Law we do not sell liquor to anyone under the age of 21 and we do not sell cigarettes to anyone under the age of 18.  Anyone who plans to purchase alcohol or cigarettes must be prepared to present a valid form of identification (i.e.. state issued id, military id).
  • The cashier has the right to refuse a sale if foul play is suspected.
  • The cashier has the right to confiscate any identification that is suspected to be illegally altered or any identification that appears not to be the property of that person.
  • The buyer may not use the credit card or check of an underage person to purchase cigarettes or alcoholic beverages.
  • Everyone who plans to contribute money to the sale must be of legal age and willing to present a valid form of identification.
CHECKS:
  • We accept both local and out of town checks (you must be able to provide a valid form of identification and a phone number).
  • We do not cash personal, payroll, or government issue checks.  We regret any inconvenience.
  • A $25 fee is charged to all returned checks.
CREDIT CARDS:
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.  We do not accept Discover or Diner's Card.
  • We accept both check cards and ATM cards.
GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are available at both Habersham locations
  • Due to GA law, gift cards must be redeemed at the same location in which they are purchased.
  • Gift Cards do not serve as proper age identification. You must have a valid state or federal identification card in order to make a purchase.
  • Gift cards are not debit/credit cards and have no implied warranties.
  • Treat gift cards as cash. Merchant is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use.
  • Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only. Unused value remains on the card and can not be redeemed for cash.
HABERSHAM E-CLUB:
  • At Habersham Beverage we respect your privacy.  Any customer information we attain through our E-Club services will never be sold or distributed.

KEGS:
Under Georgia law, all customers who purchase a keg must be willing to fill out a keg sheet. A tag will be placed on the keg with the name of our store and our liquor license number. This sticker must stay on the keg at all times. If the customer removes or loses this sticker, he/she will not receive the $10 keg registration fee refund. We regret any inconvenience. Keg List.
 
Deposit:  $100 (includes keg registration, keg shell, and tap)
Habersham Beverage will provide a keg bag (to serve as a tub) free of charge.
Deposits are fully refunded if the products are not damaged and all requirements are met  (see above).  Deposits may be paid with cash, credit/debit cards, or checks (Please note that we do not hold checks.).
MIXED CASE DISCOUNTS:
Mix or match and 12 or more 750mL wine bottles to receive the case discount price for each item!

RETURN POLICY:
Unfortunately, due to GA state law, we are not able to accept returns on any alcoholic beverages.  We regret any inconvenience.

We prosecute all shoplifters to the fullest extent of the law.  We employ police officers to watch over the premises and have cameras set up throughout the store.
