A special top-fermenting ale yeast is used during fermentation
and is responsible for many of Liberty Ale's subtle flavors and
characteristics. Carbonation is produced by an entirely natural
process called "bunging," which produces champagne-like bubbles.
Dry-hopping imparts a unique aroma to the ale.

Brewed with hefty amounts of European malts and four kinds of
American hops, it delivers a blast of hop aromas, a rich middle
of malt and hops, and a thrilling finish. It weighs in at 6.5 %
alcohol by volume. Why squeeze such a big brew into a little
can? Because we think fun in the great outdoors calls for great
beer. Our cans go where bottled beers can't, where flavorless
canned beers don't belong. And no matter where you drink Dale's
Pale Ale, our can protect it from light and oxidation far better
than bottles do.

streaks and a touch of muscat. Crisp, fresh, dry style with very
fruit, spicy, mineral, malt/earth/hop flavours and a touch of
dried apricot on the finish. Fairly highly carbonated with a
slightly bitter hops finish." -Anthony Gisomndi

"Beautiful golden amber color with a high frothy taupe head.
Sweet toffee, wheat toast, and honeyed citrus aromas. A
clean frothy entry leads to lightly roasted pale malt palate
with dry caramel, sweet marmalade, and mild bittering hops.
Nice vibrancy of sweet and tart flavor with a great
refreshing bite." -Beverage Testing Institute

"The brewery's pale ale is elegantly simple with some of the
more sought after flavors in the British brewing world. The
fruity yet floral aroma is pleasant to take in no matter
what the occasion, and the solid malt body, which showcases
some caramel sweetness and even a hint of toffee, soon
follows it. The hops have the perfect resiny quality and
don't hide the slight mineral character that the hard water
of England brings. This is one of the better beers we tasted
this issue." -Draft Magazine

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the
classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a
exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant
bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use
of the best Cascade hops.

We Consider this an extreme
version of an American Pale Ale. It has a very up front
floral and citrus aroma from a late cascade addition and dry
hopping with Amarillo. This beer also has a big malt
background to balance the bitterness of the hops. The rye
malt cleans up your palette after you swallow so the hop
flavor does not stick in your mouth too long.
