Helpful Hints

Make sure you have plenty of ice! (approx. 1 lb per person)

Stop serving drinks before the event ends.  This allows some down time for guests who may have had too much to drink.

On average, each person will consume 2 drinks per hour.  This includes both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Make sure you have non-alcoholic selections.

Serve hors d'oeuvres early in the function.  This keeps people from drinking on an empty stomach.

Be sure to have twice as many glasses as there are guests.

Consider hiring a bartender.  This allows you to spend more time socializing with your guests. (The staff of Habersham Beverage is familiar with experienced bartenders in the area.)
