Bacardi Mojito (Original)
Place 12 mint leaves, 1/2 lime, and 1/2 part sugar in a glass.  Muddle well with a Pestle.  Add Bacardi, top off with club soda, stir well and garnish with a sprig of mint or a lime wheel.
1 part Bacardi Rum
3 parts Club Soda
12 Mint Leaves
1/2 Lime
1/2 part Sugar
 
Blue Mojito
Shake Hpnotiq liqueur, light rum and mint leaves with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a rocks glass and top with club soda.
1 oz. Hpnotiq liqueur
2 oz. Light Rum
3 oz. Club Soda
6 fresh mint leaves
 
 
Cucumber Melon VoMo (Vodka Mojito)
"In a tall glass, muddle cucumber slices and honeydew with level vodka. Fill with ice. Add fresh sweet and sour and top with Sprite. Garnish with a piece of cucumber." -Wine Enthusiast
*a part simple syrup, 2 parts fresh lime juice
3 slices of Cucumber
2 pieces of Honeydew
1 1/4 oz. Level Vodka
2 oz. Fresh Sweet & Sour*

Italian Mojito
In a highball glass place mint leaves, brown sugar, simple syrup and fresh lime juice and muddle. Add ice cubes, pour light rum and top with Italian sparkling wine. Stir directly in the glass. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and fresh lime wheel.
2 oz. light rum
2 oz. Prosecco
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp simple syrup
1 sprig fresh mint
 
Malibu Mojito
Muddle together sugar, mint, bitters, and lime juice in a pint glass.  Squeeze lime wedges into the glass leaving one hull in the mixture.  Add Malibu, stir, and fill with ice.  Top with club soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
2 Parts Malibu Coconut, Pineapple, or Mango
1/4 Part Orange Juice
2 tsp Sugar
Dash of Angostura Bitters
3 Pinches Mint Leaves
3 Lime Wedges
Splash of Soda
 
Mandarin Mojito
Muddle Mint and Lime wedge in the bottom of a Collins glass. Add other ingredients with ice.
1.5 oz. Absolut Mandarin
3 oz. Sour Mix
5 oz. Sprite
4 Mint Leaves

Pama Mojito
Muddle 2 tablespoons of raw sugar (or simple syrup), 6 to 12 mint leaves, and Pomegranate seeds in a glass. Fill glass with ice and add PAMA, rum, and lime juice. Top with a splash of club soda.
1 oz. PAMA
1 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
Club Soda Simple Syrup (or sugar)

Peppermint Mojito Frappe
"Muddle the sugar, mint, and lime with 2 or 3 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker until everything is well crushed. Add rum, cover, and shake. Strain the frothy mixture into a flute, making sure to get some of the crushed mint leaves in the cocktail. Top with champagne." -Cocktail.com
