Almond Joy
Mix coconut rum and creme de cacao with ice and strain into cocktail glass.  Fill with milk or cream.
1 oz. Coconut Rum
1/2 oz. dark Creme de Cacao
milk or cream
 
Bay Spritzer
Mix with ice in a Collins glass.
1.5 oz. Coconut Rum
splash Grenadine
splash Lime Juice
7-Up (fill)
 
Blue Hawaiian (option 2)
Serve over ice or blend. 
2 oz. Coconut Rum
1 oz. Blue Curacao
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
 
Caribbean Delight
Pour Malibu, Kahlua, milk, oranges, syrup and ice cream into blender canister.  Blend all of the ingredients and pour into tall, chilled glass.  Garnish with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped cream.

3/4 oz. Chocolate Syrup
1/2 cup Mandarin Oranges
2 scoops Chocolate Ice Cream
