2 oz. Mt Gay Eclipse Rum
1/2 oz. white Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Fresh-Squeezed Lime Juice
1 tsp. Simple Syrup
4 drops Angostura bitters
Lime slice
 
Aztec Punch
Combine ingredients with ice in a punch bowl.
7 oz. Light Rum
5 oz. Vodka
1 can Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
1 3/4 qt. Ginger Ale
 
Bacardi Cocktail
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Light or Gold Rum
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1 tsp Grenadine
1/2 tsp Sugar (optional)
 
Bacardi Mojito (Original)
Place 12 mint leaves, 1/2 lime, and 1/2 part sugar in a glass.  Muddle well with a Pestle.  Add Bacardi, top off with club soda, stir well and garnish with a sprig of mint or a lime wheel.
1 part Bacardi Rum
3 parts Club Soda
