Apple Blow Fizz

Shake everything except soda in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass and fill with soda. Stir.

3 oz. Apple Brandy
1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
1 tsp. Sugar Syrup
Club Soda

Apple Dubonnet

Shake with ice and strain into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

2 oz. Apple Brandy
1 1/2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge

Apple Toddy

Hot Apple Cider

Apricot Crowfoot

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

1.5 oz Apricot Brandy
1. tsp Gin
.25 oz Lemon juice
.25 oz Orange juice

Apricot Sour

Fill glass with ice. Fill with sour mix. Shake. Garnish with orange and cherry.
